SHUANG HO METAL INDUSTRY CO., LTD. (heat treatment; located
at Wu Ku Industrial Park of Taipei) was set up inJuly, 1990. Due to our
business expanding quickly, SHUANG HO SHIN INDUSTRY CO., LTD.,
(heat treatment; located at Dali Industrial Park in Taiping Dist of
Taichung City) was set up in February, 2007. Both companies are all
engaging in the production of screws & spare parts for automobiles,
motorcycles, bicycles and sewing machines; of various kinds of
springs, spring head, hand tools, axis cores, gears, and electrical
(pneumatic) parts; of professional heat treatment for sophisticated
tiny screws, self drilling screws, tapping screws, and specialized
screws for computers and electronic equipments. All personnel of
the companies have received educational training in heat treatment.
The heat treatment equipments adopt computerized processing
operation and automatic furnace gas monitoring devices; further,
these are all controlled in compliance with the criteria of ISO-9001,
and hence to make the quality more stabilized and secured.
